6 Month Coaching Programme

We work together for six months, meeting weekly for around an hour. Each session centres on something real from your week — a decision you circled, a conversation you avoided, a moment you didn’t like how you handled. We slow it down, unpack it properly, and practise a cleaner way of responding.
Between sessions, you test it in real life. You have the conversation. You make the decision. You hold the boundary. And if something significant comes up, you reach out rather than sitting on it. This isn’t something you’re doing alone. We work through it together. I’m there to support you in moving toward the goal you’ve set.
That repetition is what creates the shift.
Over time, you begin to operate differently. You decide without excessive reassurance. You initiate instead of postponing. You speak more directly and recover faster when something doesn’t land perfectly. You don’t become louder or more aggressive. You become steadier.

The 12 Week Self-Trust Programme
This programme is for capable professionals who are tired of doing this alone.
You don’t struggle because you lack knowledge. You struggle in the moment — in meetings, in difficult conversations, in decisions where your voice gets quieter than it should. You replay what you meant to say, overthink your choices, and hesitate before backing your own read.
When it’s just you in your own head, that negotiation gets louder. The room changes that.
The group runs for twelve weeks in a small, focused group. We meet weekly for 90 minutes and work with real, current situations from the room. You bring what happened — where you hesitated, where you avoided, where you acted differently — and we coach it live.
You’re challenged by me and by peers who are navigating similar patterns. You begin to see yourself more clearly through others, and you practise speaking and deciding in real time rather than reflecting on it afterwards.
Over twelve weeks, something shifts. You contribute instead of shrinking. You make decisions without polling the room. You give direct feedback without over-softening it. You recover more quickly when something feels uncomfortable.
You don’t need perfect certainty to move. You show up in rooms more solid and less second-guessing.

4 Week Self-Trust Intensive
Not everyone needs six months.
Sometimes you don’t need a full rebuild. You need to interrupt a pattern that’s been running longer than it should.
This four-week intensive is for when something specific keeps repeating.
A decision you can’t seem to land.
A conversation you keep postponing.
A leadership tension that’s starting to cost you.
A situation where your confidence drops in one particular context.
You don’t need more insight. You need to act differently.
We work together one-on-one for four weeks, meeting weekly for around an hour. In the first session, we define the focus clearly. Not vaguely. One pattern. One tension. One decision point.
Each week we work with something real from your life — a decision you’re avoiding, a conversation that didn’t land well, or a moment where you held back. We slow it down, look at what happened, and decide how you want to handle it next time.
Between sessions, you test it in real time. You have the conversation. You make the decision. You see what happens. Then we review it properly and adjust.
This isn’t long-term transformation. It’s targeted interruption.
By the end of four weeks, you will have moved on something that’s been holding you in place. You’ll be clearer, more decisive, and less stuck in that specific loop.
